Absolutely not. All events are 100% free to attend.

For now we ask that the members attending the classes to be over the ages of 10.

Luckily, we have highly trained gym owners and instructors that will be leading classes.

Yes absolutely. My hope is to plant seeds of faith in as many people as possible.
What can I expect to experience?

We start with a prayer followed by either a testimonial or sermon. The instruction will begin once the sermon has finished which usually lasts 15 minutes.

We only ask that you wear sports appropriete attire.

This is a zero combat experience group. Only lessons will be provided and should you decide to work with a partner it will be at an extremely slow pace.

Not all of us are perfect haha. Just joking, please feel free to join us. I'm certain you will get something out of the group and nothing will be forced on you.

Yes 100%. Never feel pressured to do anything you're uncomfortable with.

We are approved with the state of Texas as a not for profit corporation. We are also a federally approved 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
